4. How long is your warranty?
Answer: NMC cells---1 year ; LFP & LTO cells---2 years. But once the cells are made to be battery packs, the warranty is off.
5. Do you offer OEM / ODM serivices?
Answer: Yes. If you need us to make the cells to be packs for you, we can do that. But you should tell us the battery pack using conditions, including battery application, discharging current, charging current, discharging / charging connector models, dimensions limit, etc. We will select suitable BMS and lithium ion cells for you to make the lithium battery pack.
